Rhianna Williams

Rhianna has dedicated her life to fitness coming from a lengthy career as a professional dancer travelling the world. She used the regular practice of yoga and Pilates to compliment her training to maintain her flexibility and strength.
She made the transition from professional dancer to fitness instructor after the birth of her first child 5 years ago which enables her to continue with her passion for fitness.
After completing her Hatha yoga teacher training in 2012 she has gone on to expand her training in Ashtanga, Pre and Post natal yoga and Children’s yoga.
She loves trying different styles of yoga along with developing and expanding her own practice moving recently into Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Yin and Hot yoga.
The focus in Rhianna’s classes is to build strength, increase flexibility, improve posture and relaxation to clear the mind.
Rhianna and her family are new to Perth having recently emigrated from the U.K. in September last year. She is very excited to be joining the 24/7 lifestyle studio team to continue her career and inspire others down under!
When she’s not teaching you will find her dancing, hula hooping and stand up paddle boarding (SUP) her next challenge will be SUP yoga!
