Skaya loves a morning coffee (moderation is key), time spent outdoors near the beach and Vinyasa that allows her the freedom to expore her creative side. Skaya discovered yoga in 2005 and immediately fell in love with the practise. With a background in health industry, which included running her own personal training studio for 5 years, Skaya saw the benefits in adding yoga to any fitness routine.
In 2012 she travelled to Byron Bay to complete her teacher training at Byron Yoga Centre under instruction from the renowned John Ogilvie. Skaya is excited to share her passion for health and wellbeing and yoga discoveries.
